Jintur (Correspondent), Sept. 21: Shivani Maruti More and Sandeep Shankar Shinde of Dr. Subhashchandra Rathi Balak Vidyamandir and Jijamata Vidyalaya, Jintur, secured first place in the taluka-level school wrestling competition organised by the Taluka Sports Office. Both students have been selected to represent the taluka at the district-level wrestling competition.
The competition was held on Monday, September 21, under the guidance of the Sports Department. In the Under-14 category, Shivani More and Sandeep Shinde emerged victorious in their respective bouts and secured the top position.
The successful students were congratulated by institution president Brigopalji Toshniwal, secretary Ramanbhau Toshniwal, directors Sachinbhau Toshniwal and Pankajbhau Toshniwal, director Padmatai Toshniwal, primary school headmaster Gajanan Tikhe and secondary school headmaster Manohar Kadam.
The students received guidance from Vinayak Ghuge, Dnyandev Mundhe and Dnyandeo Kudale.
